I am the Director of Marketing and Public Relations for an independent, non-profit hospital and physician network. In 2019, we also officially became an academic medical center with our first class of psychiatry residents in 2019 and our first internal medicine residents in 2020. I lead a small team with just four of us in our department and we do everything in-house. I have been in my current role since October of 2015.
I stumbled into the healthcare marketing field after spending a few years as a news reporter. I thought I was going to be a news anchor someday, but I have to say I fell in love with marketing. I love what I do and I love where I work!
Outside of work I enjoy spending time with my family, which includes a very energetic 7-year-old son, and two dogs - a Border Collie and a Mini Goldendoodle! To keep up with them, I enjoy doing Crossfit to keep my energy level up!
