Since joining the SHSMD team in 2018, I've thrived in my roles including my current role as Member Engagement Manager. I'm passionate about fostering a collaborative and dynamic environment for our members.
In this role, I lead the development and execution of initiatives that spark engagement, knowledge sharing, and collaboration among SHSMD members. I'm also dedicated to continuously improving the society's processes to better support its mission and vision.
I've spearheaded several successful member-driven projects, including the Members-only Community, Meet Ups, and programs focused on student and diversity enrichment, as well as the signature Health Care Strategy & Market Development Week and mentorship initiatives.
I'm a lifelong learner, always seeking better ways to connect members and improve SHSMD's impact.
