Jhaymee Heinlein, MS, MBA, PMP is the Director of Strategy Management and Growth for the Strategic Services Group of the Carolinas HealthCare System. She serves as an internal strategy consultant for service line development, focused on Pediatrics and Cancer care. Her areas of expertise include healthcare strategy development and execution, project portfolio management, and business transformation.
Prior to joining Carolinas HealthCare System, Jhaymee was a healthcare consultant and leader with Deloitte Consulting’s Global Life Sciences and Healthcare Practice. During her tenure with Deloitte, she led C-suite executives at hospitals and healthcare systems across the U.S. to develop roadmaps, business plans, and governance structures to advance strategy. She was recognized as a U.S. Global Office Fellow in 2012 which provided a unique opportunity for top talent to gain global experience.
Jhaymee is a recognized civic leader, and currently serves on the boards of the Greater Charlotte Healthcare Executives Group (GCHEG) and the Carolinas Society for Healthcare Strategy and Market Development (CSHSMD). She is also an active leader in the Junior League of Charlotte and the Women’s Impact Fund, two organizations that are focused on growing female leaders in the community. Jhaymee received the Women in Technology Rising Star Award and the Women of Color Rising Star Award in 2009. As a lifelong learner, she holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Finance from Virginia Tech, a Master’s Degree in Project Management from the George Washington University, and an M.B.A. in General Management from Emory University.
