Who am I? Good question. And, an evolving one to some degree. Life's experiences have had a tendency to redirect me as I've learned from them. Having said that, the core of who I am is steadfast. I've always been a fan of the underdog, the well-intended, the creative, the "yes-and" people, the strategically gifted and those that believe in win-win scenarios. I like positive disruption. I like doing things because it is the right thing to do.
I was taught at a young age that you get what you earn. That you can do anything if you put your mind to it. That fair is fair. That we all make mistakes and people are basically good but unpredictable in how and why they make the decisions they do. Pretty good stuff if you are a serial entrepreneur.
Fast forward to today and you have a guy blessed with 24+ years of earning a living doing what he loves. The simple truth is that B&Y has consolidated the lessons and beliefs above with one more business-related, unbreakable law — always put the client first. Anything short of that leads to less than stellar solutions and thus less than stellar results. Poor results means you will be gone from your clients' lives in a millisecond. So, want to be selfish? Then be selfish by putting others first — you'll win every time in your personal and work life.
Specialties: My specialty is creative problem-solving through critical thinking. My belief is that if you can think (past the point of the obvious) you can work in any industry and solve any problem. Oh yeah, I love apps and all things tech too.
