Jonathan is currently serving as the Interim Chief Executive Officer of Northwestern Medical Center, the rural community hospital serving northwestern Vermont. When not interim, he is the hospital's Chief Operating Officer. He has been on NMC's senior leadership team for 36+ years, starting there with a primary focus on public relations, communications, marketing, and strategic planning. He was formally named COO in 2021 and served as Interim Chief Executive Officer for much of 2022. He is a board certified Fellow of the American College of Healthcare Executives (FACHE) and the past recipient of the Vermont Agency of Human Services' Community Service Award. When not at the hospital, Jonathan is an avid kayaker, a gentle hiker, and a wandering wildlife photographer.
