The 2016 SHSMD Connections Storyboards will showcase how are being used to tell stories and solve problems to enhance decision making. The storyboards will show how new approaches in have been used to inform important decisions in planning, marketing, communications, physician relations, or business development. Projects must be recent, having taken place in the past 1-2 years.

July 25–deadline to complete this online application, and email no more than three data visualization examples.
August 10–notification of selection status (whether selected or not selected)
September 10–poster to be uploaded for print
