Ashley has substantial experience driving healthcare process standardization and workflow analysis across a variety of settings and service lines. By providing project governance and oversight to others, operational workflow improvements were promoted, managed, and delivered with continuous oversight and process driven outcomes. She has also been heavily involved in strategic planning initiatives which incorporated multiple specialties and service lines. Strategic planning efforts focused on understanding population growth projections, current service volumes, external market growth opportunities, and current organizational structure. She is also a fellow with the Medical Group Management Association, which demonstrates her knowledge and skills around physician practice management, organization, and operations.
