Strategy to Execution for Health Care Planners

Two leaders within the Carolinas HealthCare System Office of Strategy Management (OSM) will share best practices for implementing an OSM within your organization. Material will be presented on successful approaches to create an OSM and gain executive level buy-in, and provide an overview of the role the OSM serves in accelerating strategy. Attendees will also have the opportunity to learn best practices in staffing and positioning the OSM for success.
